I enjoy creating objects that add beauty to our daily routines and living spaces. My artwork is autobiographical and expressive, ranging from organic and abstract sculptures to functional pottery. My current material of choice is clay, which allows me to articulate abstract thoughts, untouchable emotions, and personal identity into the physical world. Using coil-building, pinching, and wheel-throwing techniques, I make with intention and embraces organic imperfection as a reflection of my own multi-dimensionality. My work invites vulnerability and connection by saying, “This is me. Who are you?” For me, making is a form of meditation. I am is honored to be a vessel for inspiration and creativity from the Universe/God/Source to flow through.
